Airsoft Gun Repairs
1. Tune Up/Repair (Labor Only) $45.00
Standard tune up includes inspection of your gearbox internals, which includes:
- Hop up bucking
- Piston teeth
- Gears
- Motor and pinion gear
- Electrical contacts and wires
Also perform the following work:
- relube the internal
- reshim the gears(if needed)
- clean the inner barrel and clean the gearbox.
If any parts need to be replaced the owner will be contacted to authorize the additional charges before parts are installed.
2. Installation of Metal Body / Receiver on M4, M16, AK series AEG Rifle (Labor Only) $40.00
This service will install a metal body (not included) onto your M4 / M16 or AK series Airsoft AEG rifle.
if you hate the wobble of your barrel on a plastic body AEG this will improve things greatly. When you upgrade to a metal body, a one piece metal hop-up is installed as well.
3. AEG Power Upgrade (Labor Only) $45.00
Upgrade service is suitable for Tokyo Marui, A&K, G&G, ICS, JG, Echo1, Cyma, DBOY, Classic Army, Matrix, Kart, G&P, King Arms, Star, KWA and other compatible AEG models. (Excluding PSG-1)
Upgrade your AEG to M100 thru M150 springs
M100 upgrade requires spring and metal bushings (if needed) 330~370 fps
M110 requires spring and metal bushings (if needed), 350~390 fps may still be able to use 8.4 volt battery
Note: above M110 you should go to 9.6 volt battery or 11.2 volt LiPo (advanced airsofters only)
M120 requires spring, piston head and metal bushings (if needed), 380~420 fps
M130 requires spring, piston head, metal bushings (if needed), high torque motor and/or gears. 420~450 fps.Some stock motor/gear combinations cannot pull this much spring
Above M130 we recommend going with a complete factory mech box see next item.
We do not recommend upgrading beyond M150, remember as you increase the power of your AEG, you increase the wear and tear on your weapon, parts will wear out and need to be replaced more often. Above 400 fps a type II mech box probably will eventually crack.
Some brands of AEGs come with a soft sector gear, TM and SRC being examples, on any AEG with a soft sector gear we recommend replacing the gear set with hardened reinforced gears.
4. AEG Mech Box replacement (Labor Only) $40.00
install a factory built upgraded mech box in your AEG, high speed or up to M160
5. External Upgrades (Labor Only) $35.00
Install grips, stocks, RIS systems.
6. Tightbore Barrel upgrades (Labor Only) $20.00
Install a tight bore barrel in your AEG, 6.03 mm is recommended, 6.01 mm is available but you need to keep your gun really clean or it will jam.
7. Electrical work on your AEG (addition to basic repair $45.00) $20.00
Rewiring with Deans Connectors, recommended for high power situations, the Deans can handle much higher current than standard tamiya
Mosfet installation, cpu controlled 3 shot burst available, active braking. Takes all the electrical wear off the trigger contacts.
8. One hour labor for repair or special request custom work $35.00.
